Email us
We reply within two business days. Writing from the address you use in the app helps us find your account faster.
These four lines let us answer on the first reply instead of asking for details:
Open Settings in the app and choose Delete account. This removes your pets, vaccination records, documents and every other record tied to your account. It cannot be undone, and we do not keep a copy.
If you can no longer open the app, email us and we will do it for you after confirming the request.
Yes. Email us and we will send you an export of the records stored for your account. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and why.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancellation happens there, not in SarPet: open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose SarPet.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the period you have already paid for ends, and your records stay readable after that — we never lock you out of your own health history.
Open Settings and tap Restore purchases. This asks the App Store which subscriptions belong to your Apple Account and re-applies them. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.
If it still does not appear, email us and we will look it up.
No. SarPet keeps records and points out patterns in them; it does not diagnose illness or recommend treatment. Anything the app shows is information to bring to your veterinarian, not a decision to act on without one.
Scanned cards are read automatically and always land in a review step before anything is saved — you can correct or reject each entry there. If a card is consistently misread, send us the photo and we will use it to improve the reader.
For access, correction, deletion or objection requests about your personal data, write to support@sarpet.app with the subject line Data request. We respond within 30 days.
